Shipping

Our delivery takes place from stock. Collection is therefore possible.

However, our customers usually receive their orders via shipping or a transport company.

Our delivery time plus the duration of transport to the customer is announced by us individually for each request.

And: Of course we deliver worldwide.

Packaging

In the interest of our customers, we value reliable and unused packaging materials.

This applies to our product packaging as well as our shipping packaging.

In principle, our customers can of course coordinate the product packaging completely with us.

Our standard shipping packaging consists of new and 100% recyclable cardboard boxes, including new packing paper (filling material).

To seal the cardboard boxes, we only use paper packaging tape, which can be recycled together with the cardboard boxes.

If possible, we always try to avoid plastics.

We only ship cardboard boxes, no pallets, no mesh boxes. In the interest of the environment, the return transport of empty pallets etc. should be avoided.

We would like to point out that we therefore do not take back or accept pallets and mesh boxes.

Since the majority of our packaging is used directly in nature, we are particularly pleased that we can also offer compostable ziplock bags to our customers.
