This rig is a bottom fishing rig.

It works very similarly to a European catfish rig and it requires a certain amount of current.

You bring it down to the bottom with a sinker, but the buoyancy body keeps the bait floating above the bottom.

And the current ensures an interesting movement of the bait.

Basically it is a fresh bait rig, but if the current is strong enough a soft bait paddleshad etc. could also be used.

The special thing about this rig is the adjustable buoyancy force up to 40 g / 1,4 oz. This means it can be adapted to different baits without having to convert the rig.

And of course you can also put the rig directly on the bottom with zero air in the buoyancy body. This rig is really very flexible.
